As per office record you received final bill of contract no ADP/ACE/2017-2018/BBaria/Radhika/PW-.03 Tender ID 125407 Brief description of work Construction of 6 Nos. RCC & PC Girder Bridge & 17 Nos. RCC Box Culvert with protective work at different chainage of Nabinagar-Shibpur-Radhika Road under Road Road Division Brahmanbaria during the year 2017-2018 on 30-06-2021. You also received Fifty percent of retention money.This work is under Package No PW 3 of Construction and Development of Nabinagar-Shibpur-Radhika Road R-203. This project is supposed to be completed on 30-06-2024. But the reality is that you still did not complete the work as per contract. Project manager of this contract and Executive Engineer RHD Brahmanbaria requested you several times verbally and in written to complete the uncompleted work of the contract. But you did not take any initiative. As per GCC Clause 17.1 of this contract this is your responsibility to complete the work. Receiving final bill and part of retention money fifty percent without completing the work is professional misconduct and criminal offense as per Act 64 5 & 6 of PPA 2006 and Rule 127 2 of PPR 2008.In this circumstance you are asked to reply within 5 five working days why necessary action will not be taken to debar your construction firm Rana Builders Pvt.
